holy moly!!! I weighed in this week and I didn’t lose weight. I’m so good with my eating I follow the recommendations of Calorie King and eat 1290 calories and I’m not losing weight consistently. I take’s me forever to lose weight and I don’t have forever. In fact I have 4 weeks to lose 4 kilograms. I’m thinking desperate times call for desperate measures so that means following a meal replacement diet for 4 week – in order to fit my wedding dress! Do I sound desperate – well YES!! I am desperate – I need to lose this weight.
I need a plan of attack.
